Meeting Rooms

The ECCDC's new location offers early learning and child care and children's services related organizations access to several different meeting rooms:

• within the ECCDC area, our own internal meeting room will accommodate up to 8 people, and
• within the greater building:
  • a large meeting room, suitable for up to 30 people, that may be set up classroom style, boardroom style, or organized for smaller breakout sessions,
  • two rooms that will accommodate up to 10 people, and
  • one room that will accommodate up to 4 people.

All meeting rooms have washrooms and a kitchen area located within or nearby.
Coffee, tea, soft drinks, and snacks are available for a small fee. These meeting facilities are available by reservation and are reservable between the hours of 9:00 am and 9:00 pm.

Member Workroom Exclusive Use

Additionally, child care organizations may also reserve the ECCDC's Member Workroom for their own exclusive use on Wednesday evenings. The ECCDC's Member Workroom is an ideal place to host staff meetings focused on program planning, curriculum enhancement, or team building.
