Delivering Training
We offer customized sessions, on site or in the community, to guide educators in creating developmentally appropriate learning materials, activities, and environments. We will visit Centre and Home Based Child Care Programs, Early Learning Programs, Ontario Early Years Centres, and Family Resource Programs to address your specific needs.
Our early learning classrooms include:
- Staff training
- Developmentally appropriate practice & program planning sessions
- Interactive die press activity sessions
- Resource & information displays
- Courier service for lending materials to ECCDC’s library members
Sessions may incorporate the use of specialized equipment, curriculum kits, and play-based resources, and will provide opportunities for reflection and discussion, as well as hands-on experiences. We customize our visit to meet your time requirements (i.e. over the lunch hour, during staff meetings, or in the evening). Costs are limited to consumable materials chosen to be purchased by participants.
