Hours of Operation

Please note the ECCDC has moved to our new location of 3550 Schmon Parkway, Thorold ON.

The ECCDC Resource Lending Library is open and following all Public Health regulations. However, we will continue to support contactless, curbside pickup, drop-off, and delivery of educational resources. Please email or call us to arrange.

Monday, Friday, Saturday: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:30 am to 9:00 pm

Holiday Closures

The ECCDC is closed to observe the following Statutory Holidays:
Family Day
Good Friday
Easter
Victoria Day
Canada Day
Labour Day
Thanksgiving

Please note we are closed on Saturdays preceding the above holidays, as well as the following two-week shutdown periods:
