Eligible for Loan Repayment Assistance Program through the Government of Ontario for eligible ECE graduates who live and work in a rural community. Candidates will need to apply for this on their own initiative.
The Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) is responsible for the care, supervision, health, safety, and well-being of children in accordance with the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014 (CCEYA), Niagara Region Public Health requirements, and all centre policies and procedures.

Qualifications Required
• Registered and in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE)
• Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening (current)
• Standard First Aid and CPR Level C
• Food Handler Certification
• Up-to-date immunizations, as required by Public Health
• Two-step TB test or current medical clearance
• Knowledge of Niagara Region Public Health requirements
• Experience working in a licensed child care setting (preferred)
