This three-part professional learning series is designed to help early childhood leaders bring Big Ideas for the Care of Tiny Humans to life in meaningful, hands-on ways for educator teams. Through interactive sessions and reflective dialogue, participants will unpack the six core modules and key concepts from the Deep Dive Learning Day, exploring how these ideas connect to their centre’s unique values and daily practices for children within all age groups.

Each session will offer practical facilitation strategies, ideas for team meetings, and creative ways to make learning engaging and collaborative—including icebreakers, discussion prompts, and activities that inspire deeper thinking. Together, we’ll also explore approaches for navigating challenging conversations, reflecting on biases and beliefs, and creating actionable plans to move learning into practice for educator teams
