Welcome to the Early Childhood Community Development Centre (ECCDC), your source for all things child care. We offer information about both licensed and informal child care services in Niagara and a lending library of learning resources and classroom equipment, as well as child care related training, consulting, research, project management, and technology services.

Best of all, as an independent, membership-driven, non-profit corporation dedicated to helping individuals and organizations achieve their child care goals, our products and services are highly affordable. Some are even offered free of charge, thanks to the generosity of The Regional Municipality of Niagara - Children's Services, donors, corporate sponsors, and community partners.

Whether you're a parent searching for a licensed child care centre close to home, an ECE looking for fresh program planning ideas, the owner of a licensed child care centre seeking training for your staff, or you home school your children and would like to borrow curriculum aids and learning equipment, the ECCDC can help. Please take a few minutes to explore our site and if you have any questions, give us a call at 905-646-7311 or click on the envelope to send an email .
